Is there a free trial?
We do not currently offer a free trial. However, there is no annual commitment on Starter or Professional — you can cancel at any time.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your proposals, firm profile, and uploaded documents remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation. You can export everything before your account is deactivated.
Can I add team members?
Enterprise plans include full team collaboration. Starter and Professional are designed for single-firm use.
Is the setup fee required?
The $1,500 setup fee is optional. It covers guided onboarding, knowledge base configuration, and account setup. Most clients who want to be productive immediately choose to include it.
Do you offer annual billing discounts?
