About

Built by a federal contractor,
for federal contractors.

FedGov Proposal was built by someone who spent 14 years in the trenches of federal BD — managing proposals at SAIC, running capture at an 8(a) firm, and consulting independently for small contractors who couldn't afford a full proposal team.

Every feature in this system was built to solve a real problem that real contractors lose bids over. This isn't a generic AI writing tool — it's a proposal system built by someone who has been in the room when proposals were won and lost.

Why I built this
"I spent 14 years writing and managing federal proposals. The work was the same every time: parse Section L, build a compliance matrix, write the same boilerplate sections, scramble to meet the deadline. And watch small firms lose not because their technical approach was weak — but because they ran out of time."

At SAIC, we had a full proposal center — writers, editors, graphic designers, a compliance reviewer. When I moved to an independent 8(a) firm, I had one part-time writer and myself. The process was brutal. We passed on opportunities we should have bid because we physically couldn't produce the volume.

I built FedGov Proposal to close that gap. Every feature maps to a specific problem I watched contractors fail over: missed Section L instructions, generic past performance that didn't resonate with evaluators, key personnel bios that read like LinkedIn profiles instead of evaluation-scored narratives.

This system doesn't replace strategy or relationships. But it eliminates the procedural bottleneck that prevents small firms from competing at volume. That's the whole product.

Our Mission

Level the playing field for small government contractors.

Large prime contractors have in-house proposal teams, capture managers, and dedicated BD staff. Small businesses — SDVOSB, 8(a), WOSB, HUBZone firms — compete against that machine with a fraction of the resources.

FedGov Proposal gives small contractors enterprise-grade proposal capability without the enterprise overhead.

Speed as a competitive advantage

Most firms lose bids before the evaluation board reads a word. FedGov Proposal turns days of work into hours so you can pursue more opportunities.

Compliance without the specialist

Section L compliance, FAR Part 15 formatting, page limit enforcement — all built in. No more $200/hr proposal writers just to get the format right.

Built for BD teams of one

You should be able to respond to a federal RFP without a full proposal team. FedGov Proposal makes that possible for every government contractor.
